Step #1 - Prepare the CLS-120 Unit
Remove the CLS-120 outer panels.
Unscrew and remove the 8 fixing screws from the bottom plate using an M3 wrench (pictured below)

Remove the 4 screws securing the front guide cone to the front panel.
Carefully remove the circuit board.
Cut and remove any cable ties securing the internal wiring.
Ensure the unit is in an open and accessible state for installation.
Step #2 - Remove the FC-100 Top Cover
Remove the top cover of the FC-100 flight console to expose the internal mounting area.
Step #3 - Mount the CLS-120 onto the FC-100 Base Plate
Position the CLS-120 yoke onto the FC-100 base plate.
Align the mounting points correctly.
Secure the CLS-120 to the base plate using the screws removed earlier.
Step #4 - Secure the Front Guide Cone
Align the front guide cone of the CLS-120 with the FC-100 front panel.
Fasten it securely using the appropriate screws.
Step #5 - Reinstall the Circuit Board
Place the circuit board back into position inside the CLS-120.
Ensure all connectors are properly seated and aligned before securing.
Step #6 - Manage and Secure Cables
Organise all internal wiring neatly.
Secure the cables using new cable ties to prevent movement or interference.
Step #7 - Reassemble the FC-100
Reinstall the FC-100 top cover.
Ensure all screws are tightened and the unit is fully secured.
Installation is now complete.
